Player's Complaint

I have been lied to by slot nuts for a month in a textbook case. I read their terms and conditions before my first deposit. I constantly deposited without withdrawal. Now I have requested a withdraw one month ago and been thrown every lie possible. They are stalling as I have correctly followed all protocol to entitle me to my $2000. If you google slot nuts complaints and read all the complaints, that's exactly what's happened to me.

Yes I hope this won't make my situation any worse! My username is [EDIT] and my email is [EDIT].

They've told me every excuse under the sun but the worse one was that their banking system was broken. This was about 2 1/2 weeks ago but I called pretending to be a new player and they assured me there was nothing wrong with the banking at all! I know they'll pay out eventually but i believe depositing regularly and playing by the rules should ensure a timely withdrawal. And surely they have cash, as they continue to pay staff, lisencing fees etc

A quick call yesterday to slot nuts and all I got was the same response "your withdrawal is with the accounting department and we will be in contact once this withdrawal is processed."

Since its been with the accounting department for 6 weeks, I am still sceptical about their process. I really enjoy playing at slot nuts, but I wish I had have googled them before my first deposit.

Hi skunkylove,

I'm afraid to say that we're getting no response what-so-ever from this group and that includes bounced emails from the address that is supposedly their managers email. I've sent through a final email stipulating a deadline of Friday the 4th of March, but I hold out no great hope of receiving a response in that time.

I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
