Resolved - After a very substantial delay in payment, Slots Nuts casino transferred the full balance due to this player.
Greetings,
I currently have a pending withdrawal with Slotnuts Casino in the amount of 5,964.00 USD which was requested on the 23/2/15 via withdrawal by bankwire. Received confirmation from player security of my documents being approved by player security 6/3/15.
After many emails, phone calls and live support chats I'm still awaiting confirmation from Management for accounting to release the money via bankwire to my bank account. I've been in contact the realvegasonline vip host one [EDIT] who assures me that the entire amount will be paid to me and that she is working on the problem.
The date now being the 19/5/15 now exceeding the former vip host's estimation of the withdrawal procedure time frame I hope to work with thepogg and [EDIT] to bring closure to this matter.

Not sure what the story is with these guys I keep getting handed the same response about follow ups and management needing to tell accounting to pay the money.
At one point somebody called Paul Johnson said Management contacted accounting and said they were waiting for "confirmation" from the bank about something that was about 3 weeks back.
Part that concerns me is they have exceeded their own withdrawal time frame and there's been no solid communication about when anything is going to get sorted talk about a headache must have racked up 100nzd+ in phone calls and hundreds of live support convos over this withdrawal if the casino was located on pluto i'd understand the delay .

Also I've noted they have changed the look of their casino perhaps they are going through structural changes and on live support one time they mentioned about the old and new processing systems and how my withdrawal is a "high priority" *shrugs* .

I've had some movement with regards to the withdrawal today at 8:04pm three transactions were approved and were processed via bank wire when the money hits the account ill update this complaint but at this point things are looking good.
It was conveyed to me that they were in the final stages of implementing a new banking system and I believe they intend on working with us through their vip host to help remedy the situation of many back logged payments this is to my understanding : but ill keep you updated with the progress on the bank wire etc...its good to report some positive news for once btw .

The E-mail you received is a system generated E-mail that was set up to give a confirmation whenever the Management approve a pending withdrawal request.
This is like the confirmation E-mail I sent you that your request has already been approved. As mentioned, I am just waiting for the schedule when the wire will be sent.

While I would view that as encouraging, I'd caution against reading too much into it.
This is a group that has previously insisted that they were "processing" another player's payment, only to 3 months later tell me they no longer intended to pay the player. They are not consistent in the messages they send.
I'll chase this again at the start of next week.

I'm sure all will be revealed i'm assuming a wire schedule will come to hand if not the money first the vip host has taken complete control of the situation nobody else will discuss the matter outside of her for some reason.
Whichever the case Ill persist on and will see what happens Oh I've heard of a lot of things myself and this is why it would be good if they could start communicating and working with you Pogg to help bridge the gap with the issues.
I've spoken with Mrs Martinez a few times and she seems like a very genuine person I say we give em a chance who knows the result might just be a casino rep on here helping sort out many problems *shrugs*.

Hi Pogg , Unfortunately there has been no sign of the money as yet at one point the vip host contacted me on the 24th confirming my bank details so I made sure everything was precise as they had left out the all important swift code so she updated management and since then still no sign of the money. Sent a further email to Angela asking for an update and spoke with Paul Johnson from live support he assured me It would go through in the next few days ..so I'm assuming we are looking at next week Hopefully. Other People have been paid as well ? that is fabulous news Pogg ...indeed persistence has shown its fruit me thinks.
I'm sure the next increment will be forthcoming It would seem the group has tidied up its act and are prepared to deal with you pogg.
Which I think is amazing because to my knowledge they haven't demonstrated a willingness to deal with many other gambling sites.
Perhaps it could be considered to review their rogue status if there is a steady flow of communication and issue resolution clearly they are demonstrating a willingness to work problems out.

Just updating you with regards to the second incremental payment haven't received it as yet but I'm assuming its due the 3,000usd limit per month so taking that factor into consideration I anticipate the second payment will be made 28 days forward from the last as a matter of deductive logic ..hopefully this grand journey is nearing its conclusion.
Though the fact they are prepared to work with us I think is a good thing from a positive perspective.

Hey Pogg , Just an update spoke with Dave from customer support apparently a new batch of payments get released between following tuesday and thursday of next week being the 28th-30th..the agent was repeating an email from accounting apparently ..and the emphasis was "should be" on that list of payments regard to this matter. Yup I know the feeling kinda feeling punch drunk to be honest but we almost there pogg these guys really need to turn up the heat if they want to turn things around Ill give em credit though at least they joined the party so to speak.
Howdy Pogg , Just spoke with Support Agent Dhid whom told me my withdrawal is ready to be sent and confirmed the bank details : I had to reconfirm the details to make sure they were precise and did a follow up with the vip host just to make sure everything goes through smoothly but it would appear the Wire will be sent shortly fingers crossed. Apparently the information was forwarded to management available at 10:00pm eastern standard time : whom would confirm when the wire was sent and apx time it will be received . Ok Think ill leave things for the moment and monitor the situation . [EDIT]
