Hi Ardalen - welcome to

Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – and the terms of use for our complaint service here -

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

Whose name is on the Paysafecard?

I bought it on a supermarket, and paid within the online code on the casino site.

But on the account which the card was paid is the name of my husband.

We live in the same household and use this stuff together,

Never had any issues in other casinos before they sometimes needed a confirmation but never I got banned after winning.

Also I lost last month with them 50 euro, that wasn't a problem btw ;)

Thanks for looking into it!

Hi Ardalen,

I've reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we cannot support your claim.

Slot Wolf no longer accept PaySafeCard voucher deposits specifically because it is not possible to identify who the card belongs to.

You did not pay via a voucher. You paid via a PaySafeCard account. This account is owned by a third party, presumably your boyfriend. Sadly, this does violate the operator's terms of use. I understand that you may have an agreement with this individual to use their account, but the terms of use of the operator specifically prohibit use of any payment account that YOU are not the owner of.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
