I recently signed up to SlotBoss and won £350, I then requested a withdrawal and a self exclusion as I felt I got too carried away as I spent almost that amount across their sites to win that amount.
I was then asked to provide a number of documents which I did and they came back and rejected them, I then questioned why they had continued to allow me to play on their other sites when I have firstly requested a exclusion and secondly my documents did not meet their requirements as the UKGC states verification needs to be completed within 72 hours.
They said they worked to 14 days not the 72 hours which I find unbelievable as I thought they would have to comply to the rules?
I have since resubmitted my documents and again they rejected them and still had not closed my accounts as requested.
I have asked them to refund my deposits if they are not going to accept my documents or to process my withdrawal and return the deposits made after they rejected my documents and I asked for an exclusion.
They have ignore my emails and I am at a lost as to what to do next.
