Player's Complaint

Good Evening,

I recently signed up to SlotBoss and won £350, I then requested a withdrawal and a self exclusion as I felt I got too carried away as I spent almost that amount across their sites to win that amount.

I was then asked to provide a number of documents which I did and they came back and rejected them, I then questioned why they had continued to allow me to play on their other sites when I have firstly requested a exclusion and secondly my documents did not meet their requirements as the UKGC states verification needs to be completed within 72 hours.

They said they worked to 14 days not the 72 hours which I find unbelievable as I thought they would have to comply to the rules?

I have since resubmitted my documents and again they rejected them and still had not closed my accounts as requested.

I have asked them to refund my deposits if they are not going to accept my documents or to process my withdrawal and return the deposits made after they rejected my documents and I asked for an exclusion.

They have ignore my emails and I am at a lost as to what to do next.

Unfortunately we're not going to be able to help you with this issue.

In the first instance, both Self-Exclusions policies and KYC adherance are regulatory issues and as such are reserved to the UKGC. As a UKGC appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution service we have to abide by that.

Alongside this, SlotBoss are part of a group that will not cooperate with this site.

The best I can suggest is telling me why your documents were rejected and I'll see if I can provide some advice as to what the problem is.

As a side note, KYC policies are enforced across the industry at the point of withdrawal. My understanding is that the 72 hour period is granted for basic checks to confirm that you haven't self-excluded at other properties under the operator's license, not for full security reviews of the account.
