Hi I requested a withdrawal in Sept that got approved and paid out apparently by slot jar on the 21st of Sept. I still as of the 11th October not received this withdrawal & they are now saying that they are having 3rd party issues please be patient .. they are now ignoring my emails?

If I'm honest about your situation I strongly suspect that this issue will resolve itself in the same time with or without our intervention. The operator has acknowledged that the payment hasn't been made and that technical issues are causing a problem. It would be very unusual for them not to ultimately pay in this situation and it's unlikely we'll be able to speed the payment up.

Nevertheless, if you provide me with the username and email address you use at SlotJar I'll contact the operator and see what I can find out for you.

I've had a response from SlotJar which is included below:

"As the issue is not internal but has to do with companies that we work with to make the payments, it will indeed be resolved in due time and we apologize for the customers frustration, but we are working to rectify the situation as fast and smoothly as possible.We understand that when it comes down to someone's winnings being patient can prove difficult, however the matter lies on companies agreement level so unfortunately we cannot provide an expected resolution time, just trying for it to be sooner rather than later."

I appreciate this isn't an ideal situation and I understand your frustration, but I'm very confident that you will ultimately receive your funds. It's just going to take a little longer than it ideally should have.

I'll keep checking in with them.
