Hi i wonder if you can help resolve my winnings being paid by slotjar. I withdrew £400 on 18/9/16 requested it and sent all my details needed for id. All that went through and winnings where to be paid into my bank account which I have never received. Slotjar say it has been paid out and now finance is dealing with issue this is all I am getting told each time. That over 2 months now and thinking of getting police involved and legal action as they have all my id and account details and seem to be at it.

Hi Seeryboy1,

I received a response from SlotJar at the start of the week regarding your issue. They've looked into it and apparently there's been a technical issue and their payment processor (a separate company) hasn't processed the withdrawal. Now that they know this, they've actioned the withdrawal again. It should be with you before the end of the week.

If you could let me know when you receive your funds I'd appreciate it.
