Slotjoint – Bonus Issue

Resolved - Despite a breach of the max bet rule, SlotJoint have decided to pay this player as a good will gestures due to the accidental nature of the breach.

Read our SlotJoint Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Hi - I have played at Slotjoint many times - I deposited $40 and got a 20% bonus of $8.

I always bet between 50 cents and $2. I opened a new game and selected what I believed to be a 50 cent bet. It was actually $5. I broke even on the spin but realized that the bonus terms were probably broken. I contacted customer service immediately and explained that it was unclear how much the bet was going to be and that it was an accident - I would never bet that much. The customer service was very unhelpful and just continuously said that I broke the rules - even though it was an accident and I was trying to be honest with them.

I have had the same thing happen on other sites and agents have been helpful. They typically just note on the account that it was a mistake.

Hi dnmurray92 - welcome back!

While I understand that this may have been a mistake, the bet you place is your responsibility and if it has violated the maximum allowed for the bonus you accepted the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to pre-contract positions.

I'll contact the operator on your behalf, but you need to understand that any positive outcome would be a good will gesture and not something we can enforce.

Hi dnmurray92,

I've spoken to the operator and my understanding is that they have already paid you. Can you confirm this?
