Player's Complaint
Hello, I received an email from "SlotJoint Casino" on October 20th 2019 at 9:02 AM Eastern Standard Time(EST). The email reads,

--------------------------------------------
I followed the instructions in order to receive my free spins, and when everything was finalized and my account was ready to use, I could NOT find my free spins. So I contacted customer service, once via Email, the second via main chat on their website (slotjoint.com). Both responses from two(2) different customer service representatives told me that they are not offering no such thing and never have. I kindly told them I would send a picture to them and she ([EDIT]) told me to send it to support so that the "Marketing Team" can take a look at it. I kindly thanked her for her time and left the conversation.
Over-all, this casino has FAKE written all over it... It's sending out email's that are advertising FALSE information and misleading customers just so they join their site. Please if there is anything you can do about this it would be greatly appreciated.
PS. I have EVERYTHING to support my complaint. I have the chats between me and the first customer service representative and I have the original email that was sent to me, offering my the 150 Free spins (NO Deposit Bonus on sign up).
Kind Regards,
[EDIT]

Hi bfowler709 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
As is stated on both our complaint submission form and our complaints terms of use we do not take on cases where there is less than $10 being contested.
All we can suggest if you want to pursue this issue is that you contact your local advertising standards regulator.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
