Slotjoint – faulty loyalty points system
Ruling
Found for the Casino - While SlotJoint do appear to have had a error in their comp point system, the value of the bonus already credited significantly outweighs the value of the missing comp points.

Player's Complaint
I have made over 1000$ in deposit at slotJoint in the last month. I made good winning but never cash out anything. In the last two weeks I notice that the reward points were not accumulated and told support by email. They said they would fix this issue but it took about 4 days before I was fixed. In compensation I received free spins on the angler and really generous one. I actually received lots of those and was thinking the casino was generous until I read terms that they was a max cash out of 100$.
I get a email by them saying they fixed the loyalty point system but the only added points for the last deposit I made 45pts.
I made 300$ worth of deposits and played about 1500$ for 45 pts. Now the casino tells me to read terms concerning free spins even if they where given as courtesy and on top they don’t wanna discuss the point issue. I’m asking them questions but they don’t answer. [EDIT] is the main employee who has been nothing but unfair with me.

Hi player77 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Looking at the Slotjoint comp point program you earn 1 comp point for $10 wagered. So $1500 wagered would be equivalent to 150 comp points. If you've received 45 comp points already you'd be missing 105 comp points. At a conversion rate or 100 comp points to $1, that makes $1.05.
If that's the case I would suggest that the free spins with a max withdrawal of $100 has already returned to you far more than the missing comp points were worth.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
