On the 20th of may I won €2000 and made a withdrawal. At the same time I asked customer service what docs they need. I was told I would get a verificatiopn email within 24 hours. As I have won before elsewhere, I recon I knew at least some of of the docs needed, so I uploaded passporte, skrill SS, and visa on the 20th. After 3 days I contact to ask if all was ok, as I notice my docs was not checked. I cancelled the withdrawal, lost 900 and withdrew €1100.
Now, 8 days later - no documents are checked, and no "Verification email" received. Customer support keep saying "We'll ping the verification team".
