Missing rewards points. Between June 6 and June 11 I had won and gambled through atleast 13000$.just on June 6 10000$ of that was won and spent. But I have seen no rewards points for all of that I've even looked at my game history and it shows that if been playing those dates but on the rewards history it's just a 6 day gap of nothing.

I've spoken with live chat many times and they've been very gracious and trying to help but it always comes down to the same answer. we've msgd the "tech team" and they will email you soon. It's been almost 4 weeks and the "tech team" hasn't even had the decency to send me an email giving me an update at least. I'm probably missing thousands and thousands of points.

I do have to put this in a little perspective here. Even if you're due the full $13k worth of comp points, that's only 1300 comp points = $13. I will contact the operator to see what the situation is, but I'm sure you'll agree that given the value of the comp points there's not a huge amount at stake here.

Yes but I thought those free spins were rewards from the continuous depositing I was making after that. And as for bonus funds I received. That's only fair for all the hassle and inconvenience not to mention on top of that one of the last times I deposited with neosurf it took them 16 hours to process my deposit even tho the transaction had still withdrawn funds from my neosurf card. And now I go to sign in today and they've closed my account. Slotjoint seems like a very slimey organization. Not to mention they will steal your winnings if you have not met any of their terms and conditions. Which are suggest to anyone signing up to read before you join. Because they will resort to any trick in the book not to pay out. Eggshells people eggshells!

Hi Chris47,

No I don't agree with you at all - you were complaining to them about your comp point being missing and they issued additional rewards. That's fairly straight forward compensation for the inconvenience.

As to winnings being voided - when you accept a bonus you agree to the terms associated with that bonus. If you then don't adhere to the agreed terms you violate the contract. Any gambling operator in that situation are within their rights to void winnings and reset both parties to pre-bonus conditions in those circumstances. No part of that qualifies as "steal[ing]" (we don't actually allow accusations of criminality on site so please refrain from using this type of statement in future).

Finally, yes, your account has been closed due to other issues with your activity that I'm not going to go into here that has lead the operator to no longer want your play. They are entirely within their rights to do that. As I understand it you've received at least the entire value of the missing comp points meaning that you have not been short changed at all. That being the case there's nothing further for us to do in this instance.
