Found for the Casino - While there was an error with the SlotJoint comp point system, this player has already been compensated for this with more than the value of the missing comp points.

Player's Complaint
Missing rewards points. Between June 6 and June 11 I had won and gambled through atleast 13000$.just on June 6 10000$ of that was won and spent. But I have seen no rewards points for all of that I've even looked at my game history and it shows that if been playing those dates but on the rewards history it's just a 6 day gap of nothing.
I've spoken with live chat many times and they've been very gracious and trying to help but it always comes down to the same answer. we've msgd the "tech team" and they will email you soon. It's been almost 4 weeks and the "tech team" hasn't even had the decency to send me an email giving me an update at least. I'm probably missing thousands and thousands of points.

I do have to put this in a little perspective here. Even if you're due the full $13k worth of comp points, that's only 1300 comp points = $13. I will contact the operator to see what the situation is, but I'm sure you'll agree that given the value of the comp points there's not a huge amount at stake here.
