The casino agreed to refund my deposits after several emails back and forth between them. They then advised the below.

According to the law emails are legally binded they provided a solution and i agreed with the below.
Yes I will accept the refund and accept this matter as resolved under the terms listed below.
I accepted this then they asked for verification documents which i had not sent in previously before depositing which i am sure is against the terms of there license.
I sent all the verification documents. They then came back and said that as i have 2 given names on my passport and i used one when signing up they will need further information. I have now gone back and forth with GamStop to get this for them and have been advised several times they should have this. They are claiming they have not received this and are withholding my refund.
I have all emails and documentation from both Slotnite and GamStop to back all of this up and will send in if needed.
They are now ignoring my emails and when they do reply they seem like generic responses. I understand that you hold a deposit guarantee seal for this casino and need your assistance please.
