Hi buboi27 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the White Hat Gaming license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Moving on to your complaint - specifically which term did SlotNite claim you have broken?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

OK I joined slot nite and deposited $20 via Paysafe voucher and chose a 100% match offer and 100 free spins. So I received 20 in cash and 20 in bonus.

I spent the cash on a game then used the 20 bonus on a game that I wagered like 1000x before I started to bet high.
I won a bit of money after about 8hours playing nonstop and had asked to withdraw 3 lump sums,
$2500
$250
$900

After going through 3 days of them trying to verify my identity they decided to send me this email
Dear [EDIT],

Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 7 of the Promotional Terms associated with the welcome offer:

Clause 7 - The maximum bet allowed while the Welcome Bonus is in play is NZD 5. Should You bet higher than this while the Welcome bonus is in play, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings.

Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of NZD 20 has been returned to your gaming account.

Regards
Accounts Team
..
So I lost my money. They cancelled my spins

Hi Buboi27,

My understanding is that since your contact you have resolved this issue directly with the operator. Is that correct?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
