hello, on august 5th 2020 i deposited in slotnite numerous times and never took a bonus from them, i played got lucky and withdrew 3000. i also sent them all my proof of identity. i waited the 48 hours for them to review my documentation and i know that the week end dont count so i waited until today casuse my 48 hours finished on friday august 7th. i never heard from them so i decided to go on chat and enquire about my winnings. the gentlemen explain to me that it can take more then 48 hours to verify documentation. so i repplied to him that it does not say that on the site, it states that it could take take 48 hours or less to verify. so he proceeded to tell me that my proof of utility failed to upload so my reply to him was, thats weird because not once did the upload say it failed, it just said that it was under review and that i did not get an email stating that i needed to resend my documentation. my licence was accepted cause it said verified and the utility bill said it was under review. anyways he sent me an email address to send my documentation a second time which i did right away. i did everything that i was suppose to but no sign of anything could you please help.
