Player's Complaint

On Feb.28,2016 I won $8000.00 dollars at Slotnuts while playing slots. I clicked on my withdrawlable cash and I had over 8000.00 in my account. I filed for a withdrawal of $8000.00. Slotnuts emailed me a list of documents that they needed before I could be paid they requested my drivers license any credit cards I had used and a utility bill in my name and I am so excited I sent them everything they asked for because I want to be paid. I had to resend them several times before they emailed me to say that they finally received all of the documentation they needed and ever since then my winnings have been in accounting waiting for management to authorize the accounting department to release payment of my winnings. I have called them several times to follow up on when I can expect to be paid trying not to cry but it is very hard for me. I am terminally ill and I have tried to explain this to them and their reply was just pray mam. What even if I was not sick I would expect to be paid. Will you please help me to get paid my winnings from slotnuts?

Firstly apologies for the delayed response - I had to take last week off at short notice due to personal issues.

Can I ask you to confirm that your username at SlotNuts is [EDIT]?

Unfortunately this particular group are both non-responsive to player complaints and have a large volume of player complaints of exactly this nature coming in at the moment. In short I think it's unlikely we'll be able to have any influence over getting you paid. We'll still try to contact them once we confirm your username, but I don't want to raise your hopes.

Unfortunately after repeated attempts to contact SlotNuts about this issue we've received no response. I've issued a final email stating that we will be publishing a warning on Friday the 1st of July if we do not receive any response from them.

Where do we go from here?Ido not understand how they are able to get away with not paying their players their winnings.We pay to play praying to win big never dreaming that if we do win we will not be paid.

Hi ladydie57,

Unfortunately there really isn't anything else that can be done here. The group you've chosen to play with are unlicensed, non-responsive to complaints both here and at every other major dispute mediation site we're aware of and this type of complaint is common against this group. There isn't any other avenue that I'm aware of that I could suggest to pursue.
