Player's Complaint

After completing sending verification bank and identity information, the casino is claiming my withdraw request is voided because I played blackjack and roulette, two games which were locked from my bonus play. This indeed happened, after my initial playthrough requirement of 50,000 had been met, my withdraw request had been submitted, and my gaming was played on my remaining balance. This alleged caveat appears to be a superfluous attempt on the casinos part to deny me my winnings. Thank you for your efforts in resolving this matter. I was told to email or call at 10pm eastern time to speak with accounting by Rep [EDIT] on 4.4.17. I plan on making this inquiry.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that is unlicensed, non-responsive to player complaints posted at this service and that is well known for this type of issue. Unfortunately we've repeatedly tried to contact Slot Nuts about your complaint and received no response what-so-ever to any of our efforts. At this point I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

Alongside this, as Slot Nuts do not hold any gambling license, we cannot direct you to any other body to escalate your complaint.
