Player's Complaint

Hello, I am having an issue with the SlotNuts casino as they have to this date not processed my payout of 9th of december 2014 of 559$. I have been chatting to support over 20 times and every time they promised it will be processed soon, but nothing happens. I have submitted and gotten approval of all documents they asked me to provide. I am certain I have not broken any policies, and they have also never accused me of doing something wrong. They just keep on telling me it will be processed soon. I really dont know what do do and would greatly appreciate any help if possible:-)

I'll contact Slots Nuts and see what I can find out for you.

I should say in advance that slow payment issues are common with this group of casinos. While most player do eventually receive their winnings it can often take over 6 months for this to happen.

Hi hymer2435,

Unfortunately while I've given chance after chance after chance to Slots Nuts to offer any response what-so-ever to this complaint, I never get anything back. They've fallen back on the bog standard stalling tactics this group are well known for and do not appear to have any intention of doing anything about the numerous player complaints we have open against them.

I'm really sorry I can't offer you a more positive conclusion to this issue.
