Hello,
I am new to this site , I have some complaint about the casinos only I want to start with this one.
I won an amount of €7.400 on March 11th I think and I made a withdrawal and after that they asked me for my id. I sent that then over 1 week later my withdrawal was cancelled and they needed another ID, this time my driver license. I have this so I send this in to.
After that they said they didn't received it several times I have proof I sending it by mail I send it again got acknowledgement from the casino by chat I saved these logs. And now they are saying for 3 weeks they are looking into my id.
I can't stand it any more to take a non grounded reason for there stalling. I can send you the proof if you want, I hope you can recover my money.
