Player's Complaint

Hi have sent 3 emails requesting my account closed, each time they state if you log in within 72 hours then your request is void. First request was 12.03.19. The second time I said I want my account closed under responsible gambling on 14.03.19 and said I was reporting them as they kept letting me deposit and they still stuck with the log in within 72 hours and your request is void. I have emails, they also send you emails next day telling you to log in and claim cash back. Surely as soon as responsible gambling is mentioned they should close account as requested. Since citing responsible gambling as a reason for closing account my bank shows I have deposited and lost £2840

below is my request I sent them

I have already told you to close my account and you have not. Under responsible gambling laws I shall be reporting you for allowing me to continue depositing after I have told you to close my account with no further contact. You completely disregarded my request and allowed me to deposit another £500 after this. I shall be reporting your site for this.

Before we go any further - do you have copies of the communications where you actually asked for your account to be closed? If so please forward them to complaints@thepogg.com.

When asking for your account to be closed did you tell the agent that this request was due to gambling problems?

Unfortunately Slots Baby have responded to us informing us that they will not discuss complaints with this service.

While we're at the end of what we can do to help you in this situation, I would direct you to eCOGRA, the ADR that Slots Baby use for their UKGC license. The ADR may not take this case as it relates to Responsible Gambling. If not you could approach the UKGC directly with this issue.

Alternatively, if you preferred to consider legal action I believe that greentablelegal.com offer a no win no fee service specialising in online gambling disputes.
