Hi gfuming - welcome back!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Slots Garden do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.

As with raging bull casino I don't see how any online company can legally keep anyone's money. Surely there must be a refund procedure or someway I can ensure getting my withdrawals?
