Good morning I have been trying since December 2 2017 to withdraw a win of one hundred thousand dollars from slot garden with fail email response and many calls to this casino every time the answer I get told my documents are not found last night they say they have found my documents from December 3 and some one will call me today or tomorrow this i very much disbelieve

So this is why I'm sending you this message.

I have read that there's a lot of bad reviews on this casino I have spent a lot of money on this site over the last year and had nothing but problems with them.

I've finally managed to get hold of the operator regarding your issue. They inform me that you've won quite a bit more since you first submitted this complaint. Congratulations! We'd appreciate a balance update if you can provide one.

My understanding is that your first cheque has been sent out today so I would hope you'll receive this before the end of next week. After that hopefully a cheque will be sent out ever week, but give the group you're playing with this may not come to pass.
