Player's Complaint

I had a legal win straight from a deposit on the 30th of December 2018. To this day I am still waiting on my R6000. I keep asking and everyday they stall with some kinda bulls hit excuse. Yesterday they told my money will probably be here soon. Tonight they tell me they don't have my banking detail which I gave them again a week ago for the 3rd time already. I won that money fare and squere. Ow they don't want to pay out!!!!!

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator who is Blacklisted with this service, is well known for this type of issue and who regularly take many months to resolve even basic issues. Hi there,

I would appreciate that very much thank you. I didn't know they were blacklisted, if I knew that I would not have played there. I signed up through play casino. Co.za and they were on the list of best casinos. Well they surely deserve their place as being Blacklisted cause if they weren't there already I was going to do everything in my power to get them blacklisted cause it's like talking to a wall when talking to them....

Sadly after a very extended time period trying to chase this operator to address this, amongst many other, issues our lines of communication have broken down effectively entirely.
