Found for the Player - Yet another instance where we've contacted the RealVegas group again and again and again and received no response at all. Beware this group appear not to be paying players.

I won over 7,000.00 and have never gotten paid. on april 6, 2015 i requested a withdrawal. i have contacted their chat line, many many times. I get the same response, which is we are backlogged and you are on our priority list. my id is [EDIT] on that web site. I primarily play now at rubyslots and have no problem with withdrawals. I can support my complaint by copying and pasting my history on my account. if there is any other specific information you need from me I will be happy to provide what I can. thank you for your help....[EDIT].

I'm going to be direct with you here - you've chosen to play with a group that has a long history of this type of issue, where players that win big are just left hanging until they eventually give up. Alongside this, it's a group that doesn't respond to complaints.

I'll try by best to contact SlotsInferno fro you, but realistically it's unlikely we'll be able to get you paid.

I'll let you know what we hear back from them.

Just to let you know I've chased this issue a few times and received no response from the operator what-so-ever. I know via another player that this particular operator is claiming to have a new payment processor in place and as such is saying that they'll be catching up on the backlog of payments over the next wee while. This is a story that's been used before, but it may be worth chasing your payment with the SlotsInferno team directly and regularly over the next few months as this may pressure them to prioritise you.

I'll continue to chase this for now and see if I can get a response from the operator.

Just to let you know I've made a final effort to contact Slots Inferno, setting a deadline of Friday the 1st of April for a response. I'm afraid if we don't get anything back there's nothing further we can do to help.

Unfortunately we've had no response what-so-ever from Slots Inferno.

The best advice I can give you is to hassle this group constantly. Be polite, but just contact them over and over again. The people I have seen paid by this group seem to have take this approach.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
