Player's Complaint

I requested a withdraw on 11/25/2016 after I did a 20,000. Playthrough. I sent on the required documents and even opened a new account so the money could be wired. I have sent numerous emails and nobody has contacted me. I’ve chatted everyday with somebody and they all say the same thing . I’ve been very polite.but feel that after reading all the reviews I’m not going to get my winnings. I love the games at this casino and would love to continue to play if they are fair as I have been. I just wanted to get started on the complaint because I see a pattern here. Thank you

Hi helpie - welcome to!

Unfortunately the group you've chosen to play with are unlicensed, non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and have an extensive history of slow and non-payments. The reality is it's highly unlikely that we'll be able to do anything to help you.

Nevertheless, if you provide us with the username and email address you use at Slots Inferno I'll try to contact the operator and see what we can do.

Hi helpie,

Unfortunately, after repeated efforts to contact Slots Inferno about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever from the operator. At this stage we have no reasonable expectation of receiving a response.

As this operator has no licensing or regulation to speak of we can't direct you to any authority to complain to. We do have an address that may be associated with this operators holdings in Cyprus. If you're interested in pursuing legal action to recover your funds email me at and I'll pass this information on, though we won't be able to give you any other advice regarding how to go about this.
