Player's Complaint

Hi Mr Pogg,

I'd like to submit a complaint against Slots Jackpot Casino. The story is the following:

In the beginning of November 2014 I received a no deposit bonus of 50 Euros with maximum cashout 100 euros. After meeting the wagering requirements and confirming with support I was asked to send faxbacks and documents, which I did.

The whole process took approximately two months just to verify my documents. I received an email that said that the only thing missing was a 25euros deposit to verify account. Which I did. After some time I received another email from my account manager [EDIT] saying that the payment was not made because the documents were incomplete. I sent them proof of address and the support sent me an email saying security documents were accepted. I was told that I would be paid in 2-14 days. More than 20 days have passed and still no response from the casino. I sent them several emails but I get no response.

I also find it strange that I made the deposit with Neteller through Slots Jackpot Casino and in my Neteller account the money was sent to ROMECASINO. I have been very patient with them but they are clearly ignoring me.

My username in the casino is [EDIT].

Please mediate this complaint.
