Slots Million - Restricted country refund declined

Ruling

Found for the Casino - Where a player manages to register from a prohibited jurisdiction we will contest non-payment of wins but won't contest losses.

Player's Complaint

SlotsMillion allowed me to register and deposit and play from a restricted country mentioned in their terms & conditions and they are not refusing to refund my deposits I made here. This is not fair, this could be used against me if i would win and not to pay winnings. They said to me that they didn’t saw my registration was from the Netherlands but that’s not true because it’s clearly a Dutch address, clearly Dutch IP. And i asked a friend of mine if he is able to register from the Netherlands at SlotsMillion and he can. So it’s not true what they said to me.

I tried to resolve it with the operator but they decline to refund my deposits.

Hi fireplace21 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. We will not contest losses on this ground. If you had won and Slots Million had refused to pay you on the ground of being from a restricted jurisdiction we would have contested the winnings as legitimate - as you had been allowed to sign-up from a restricted jurisdiction. If winnings are to be viewed as legitimate we cannot also contest that losses are not legitimate.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
