Player's Complaint

Management at this Casino recently removed almost 2500 dollars from my acct claiming that I was playing with mixed funds. I started playing at this casino back in 2015 and have been paid off on 3 maybe 4 different different times over those 2 years. They claim that I mis-used a 50 dollar bonus chip back in 2015 and therefore must lose all of my total winnings. I don't remember doing this but cant prove it one way or the other. Are there any options for me other than to chalk it up as being ripped off by another on-line casino that can find many reasons to not pay their winners?

This group's rep goes through periods of being responsive and resolving issues then disappears for several months. At the present time we're in the middle of a non-responsive cycle. Hi downeast47,

Unfortunately this group are now entirely unresponsive to our communications regarding any of a host of complaints we've received against them.

As they do not have a gambling license we cannot refer you on to a regulator to review your case.

I do however know that their rep is still responsive to the team at CasinoMeister, so it may be worth your while to try there.
