I made 2 withdrawal requests. All information needed was provided, verified and approved according to their terms and policies.The first amount was requested by express wire transfer and approved on April 16 2019 in the amount of $373 American. The second amount was $2500 american and was approved on April 22 2019 as just a regular wire transfer. I have now provided my banking information which is sensitive on more than 2 occasions for this process to be complete with swift and sort codes as again I am Canadian and the Casino is American. When I contact the Casino via chat and get a representative, they say they will look into my case and kick me out of the conversation. I have chatted with at least 10 representatives who really have no idea where the funds are and when I call the toll free number I am left listening to music for 10 minutes only to have an automated voice tell me nobody can take my call. I have left one message via phone and I did not receive a call back as I requested. Please help me find out where the funds are!!!
