Player's Complaint

I made a deposit for 25 dollars in BTC which was like .04 at the time in January and made some money off of it. On January 19th 2017 I initiated a withdrawal in btc. It's now been 7 months later and the withdrawal has been elevated but customer service is telling me I'm going to be receiving the 142 dollars at the current rate of BTC meaning I'm probably going to break even from my initial deposit. I have called many times to customer support but it seems they are just an intermediary between customers and the financial department which ultimately has control over the money. I have also tried emailing the financial department twice for which I have not received a response.i have spent many hours trying to get my funds and it has upset me greatly. I no longer feel like a winner. I just don't understand how my money can just be tied up in USD when I had the sense to cash back into btc knowing that the price was going to go up. I value what they owe me at close to a 600 USD given that the rate of BTC on January 19th was around 900 USD. This isn't my first withdrawal regarding this site and the first one went through without any hitch so it's just frustrating and I feel I have been taken advantage of.

Hi Schmodog83 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately you're complaining about a group that effectively unregulated and who are well known for very long payment delays. There are literally thousands of reports about these problems scattered about online.

Alongside this, this group are Blacklisted with us due to these issues so we have limited leverage with which to achieve anything.

This group's rep goes through periods of being responsive and resolving issued then disappears for several months. At the present time we're in the middle of a non-responsive cycle. We will try to contact the operator for you, but you need to understand that this is likely to be a very slow process.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Schmodog83,

I've managed to re-establish a line of communication with this group. They inform me that you were paid on the 18th of September. Can you confirm this?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
