Player's Complaint

I won £2300 at Slots Planet and they have confiscated all of my winnings, they claim due to a breach of their terms and conditions. They state that I bet over the maximum bet allowed while using casino bonuses. I contacted them to advise that I had once in error clicked on the max bet button, this was a genuine error as computer screen froze and I clicked what I thought was spin. This is why they are denying me my winnings. This was a genuine mistake as I would never bet that much on a single spin. I played for over 5 hours solid and this only happened like this. I asked them to reconsider as this was a mistake and wholly unfair that I be penalised for something that benefits the casino. I also asked them what should a player do in this instance as a genuine error like this nulls everything which can only benefit the casino and not the player. The max bet button should be disabled for people playing bonus just like complimentary spins, as this is totally unfair to be denied my winnings for this. I feel that the casino is being very unfair and if they check their records they would see this was not me betting but a genuine mistake. I am pleading with you to take on my case and speak to the casino on my behalf. I have never won this much money ever and I play practically everyday somewhere and I am absolutely devastated that I am being treated in this manner. I think the casino is acting in an unconscionable way by confiscating all of my winnings which I accumulated playing for hours. I hope that you are willing to speak on my behalf as I feel totally helpless.

Kind regards

Hi ahmoughal - welcome to!

Before we go any further, can you tell me whether the single violating bet won any money?

Hi ahmoughal,

If that's the case unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you. By playing on after this mistake you've been playing with funds that were generated via a violating bet. At that point the balance has been contaminated.

The simple facts here are that you accepted a bonus and agreed to abide by a maximum allowed bet. If you accidentally overbet you should have immediately contacted support. At that point the operator may have been able to void the single violating transaction.

I'm sorry we cannot be of more help.
