Player's Complaint

I deposited $35 with slots plus and I was able to win just shy of $9,000 which I set up for a withdrawal. Then I played some of the 9000 and went up and down with it. And then I eventually lost the 9000 I had accumulated a total of about $30 in com points. This is far from accurate as their customer service told me I should receive one comp point for each $0.25 gambled I am missing well over $1,000 worth of comp points but they insist that they were calculated properly.

Hi Bocanutt,

I've just reviewed the Slots Plus website. The only reference to comp point accrual rates I can locate is within the General Rules and Regulations page and is as follows:

"11. The use of Comp Points or Comp Balance depends on the wagered amount. Every 100 Comp Points can be converted to $1.00. Comp Points awarded for every wager depend on the game and the player class and it could vary from $8.00 to $15.00 in wagers to get 1 comp point."

I can find nothing on the site that suggests you should have been earning one comp point for every $0.25 wagered. Can you point out where you found this information?

Thanks,

ThePOGG
