Having reviewed your history with this service, you are one of our most prolific complainants. In at least 6 of these complaints, we have prompted you to consider our free responsible gambling app BetBlocker to help you manage your engagement with gambling. This includes once at the beginning of this year.

In this instance you are playing with an unlicensed operator, illegally accepting UK play. That being the case it should come as no shock that they are likely processing payments under inaccurate payment codes.

This is also an operator that is negatively listed with this service and that has been non-responsive to other complaints submitted to this service.

Had you installed BetBlocker, you would have been blocked from accessing this operator, and on the off-chance that you found a mirror site that was not blocked by the app, a quick submission would have seen the new url blocked for all users.

While we will attempt to contact the operator on your behalf, it is very unlikely that we will receive a response. This will also be the last time that we will engage with a complaint from you about a responsible gambling issue that could have been prevented via use of BetBlocker.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
