Player's Complaint
I will try keep this short. I am fully verified and all withdrawl methods are fully verified.
Basically all withdrawl methods are being rejected.
First was MasterCard my deposit method, the withdrawls cancelled they said use jeton, I explained I can't use jeton as they do not allow bank withdrawls to Irish customers as of yet. They said use perfect money, so I did got a 4 withdrawls of 500e each and now all of a sudden perfect money is not working and to use bitcoin, I have used bitcoin and they reject this also...so I am stuck in limbo with these ridiculous delay tactics in the hope I spend the funds in which I won't. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
