Slottica - Unable to withdraw at the casino

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Slottica to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

I have been unable to withdraw at this casino for over year.

The only way I can now withdraw is using the "jeton wallet".

But in order to withdraw via another method, one must make a deposit with that ewallet.

Support does not reply to my emails, and I can't find a way to withdraw.

It is standard to have to make a deposit via a payment method before you will be able to place withdrawals to that method. Have you deposited via Jeton to activate the payment method?

I am unable to make a deposit with a jeton account.

I also just created a jeton account and I can't place a deposit on the website.

Their chat support also claimed " there is no need to make a deposit , you can simply request a withdrawal "

The system declines this and requests that I make a deposit. BUT ... I have not deposit methods available to me.
