Player's Complaint
1 year and a half ago casino closed my account because of frodulent activity as they said. I opened a ticket on LCB.org website immediately. There casino explained that selfie with ID I sent for verification purpose does not correspond to their requirements. I sent them list of their requirements and asked what exactly does not match and what should I fix. They told me that the ID details are not visible. On their demand I made more selfies. After that I made even more selfies and they still wouldn´t accept them. The last information I got from casino is that antifraud depatrtment is checking my case (from October 2019). I tried to contact casino after that but they never replied. I believe that they should pay me my win but I don´t know how to make them pay it.
