Slotum - reopened my account after requested account closure permanently

I have joined and played in slotum for few years. Lost more than 300,000 euros here. As time goes, I started to feel like playing at slotum anymore. Because vip team ignored my emails all the time, didn't get good bonuses. So I asked few times close my account, but played again. Until around 14.09.2021 I decided to not play here anymore, because got total disappointed with the slotum attitude. So I asked them close my account permanently and immediately. After few times continuing demanding, finally they did close my account. But second day, I asked to reopening it, they did it, so just kept me playing in their site. Actually, it's not first time they did this. I'm not sure how slotum think about " permanently", but I think for responsible casinos, they shouldn't reopen the account. I don't demand whole deposits refund from the first time request account closure permanently, but at least the deposits refund since last account permanently closure, deposits 161 3-withdrawal 65.97e=1547.03e.
