Player's Complaint

Won £700 and requested withdrawal on Saturday 13th Jan 2018. Checked terms and conditions and all ok. Had played in over £200 as per terms and conditions. Received a reply on 15th Jan saying they would not pay me and to see terms and conditions. I replied asking for clarification as had met all conditions. No reply as yet.

Hi Macwinna - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Smashing Casino do not have a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

This leads me on to my next point - Smashing Casino are part of the Game Tech Group N.V. This is one of the most widely Blacklisted groups in operation today and are Blacklisted here. Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.

I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!

Unfortunately this means that it's highly unlikely we'll be able to help you with your issue. Nevertheless I will try to contact the operator for you and let you know if we receive any response.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
