I won 110000 nzd only to realize I could only be paid out at 3000 per week or 6000 per month which I believe wasn't the case at the time I won my win I noticed sparkle slots updated their terms and conditions the next day and this is when I noticed their payment restrictions after this I got frustrated at time delaying me with my initial payment of been paid 3000 nzd since the 27th of feb when I won since then I got frustrated as sparkle slots left my win in reversal mode for a lot longer than needed to be as usual preying on people's weaknesses to gamble.i then played 75000 of it back in very frustrated as I just want the remainder of my money at this point 22 DAYS on of 18000 nzd but still iv been mucked around having my account closed been told two dates of payment first the 13/3 then the 15/3 and now the full amount by the end of this week that's not good enough I'm broke my parents who are aging have had to prop me up stressing my family and myself out.these guys never once congratulated me and have made my life hell by stalling me and leaving my money in reversal mode in sick of their power tripping muckassing me around.I NEED HELP AND THESE PEOPLE TO PAY.

Hi luckestar,

Before we go any further - this is your fourth complaint to this service. In each instance you've been complaining about a group that we actively discourage players from signing-up to. If you ignore the advice we give out you are more likely to experience problems and it is far less likely that we will be able to assist you if you do. This is a good example - the Progress Play network are routinely non-responsive to complaints submitted to this service. While we'll be happy to try to speak to them the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Moreover, in all three of your historic complaints you have become non-responsive to our requests for updates. Where you do that we end up investing time in chasing your cases that could be better spent helping other players. I would appreciate it if in future you ensure that you make sure you update us if there's a change in your case and respond to questions.

Moving on to the specifics of your issue - the Progress Play network has for years had withdrawal caps of this nature across all their licensees. This has recently changed for UK players, but not as far as I'm aware for the rest of the world.

We cannot help you recover funds that you have played with and lost - you would expect to be paid had you won, so you have to accept the losses.

Finally your complaint seems to indicate that a payment date, for the whole remaining balance of $18kNZD, has been agreed for the end of this week? If that's the case you need to wait to see if this is met before we'd move forward with this case.
