Player's Complaint

Taking the welcome bonus that was offered to me I won £473.45 on the 16th May. I then replied on the 28th May to an email with the requested documents which included a number of selfies holding bank card and passport (a bit much if you ask me but ok) Since then I heard nothing so i sent an email asking for an update and yesterday I got a copy paste response saying more less just wait longer. It's been 2 weeks now since I sent the documents and I shouldnt have to wait longer when they advertise 48 hours on the website.

it has been received. I have pending winnings on two other sites within the genesis group. I was hoping that all would be sorted out together as the requests for documents were channelled through Spela. Can we extend this complaint until those are sorted as well?
