I made a total of 6 withdrawals on the 31st of December and they are still pending! Looking at reviews on trust pilot a lot of people are in the same boat! You ask live chat and they say they have escalated it but they never hear back. No reply to my emails either

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 21st of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Hi they emailed me back today saying that my winnings are void due to a self exclusion on sister site casino gods. They also said my details didn’t match up which is a joke as I sent them my drivers license and can provide a lot more! I’ve opened a case with IBAS but they need a final response from spela which I’m waiting for.

Is there anything you guys can do or is it likely they’ve found a loophole and won’t pay out my £31.873.06

If you already have a claim open with IBAS you need to wait on their ruling.
