I deposited alot of money into spicy spins few months ago and realised that every transaction on my bank was from unknown companies or ones that don't exist, I feel like I've been scammed out of money and never withdrew anything from the site

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Spicy Spins do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
The illegal nature of this operator's activity is why they process transactions under different company names. No bank in the UK would knowingly process transactions to an illegal gambling operator.
