Player's Complaint

Hi, I recently joined Spin and Sin and deposited £20 and received 100 spins , 20 each day after sign up, I played my 20 spins each morning and won some money. on the third day I won a bit on the complimentary spins and continued to play the game until my money had come out of the bonus money section and into the balance I then played a few other games and decided to withdraw my balance which was £100 this request was sent in Wednesday 20th July and today Monday 25th July I received £50 in my paypal account, when I called to ask why my £100 wasn't there they said the max I could win on the bonus spins was £50 but I had deposited and from looking at my account had passed all wagering requirements and this would be accepted. I had many online chat sessions with the support team and after sending photo id was told my account was in standing order and my withdraw would be processed soon (that was in an email).

I called the support team this morning where I was told my £50 was voided?? !!

What ?? was my reply? I had met wagering and was told the max win on complimentary spins was £50, but I had played other games as well not just complimentary spins !! I had deposited £20 . I need some help please getting my £50 back that was in my balance and I had played the games until my money went from the bonus money to balance , I hope you can help me please.

many thanks ,

Hi charandben2 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'm afraid there's nothing that we can do to help you in this instance. When you signed-up with Spin and Win and accepted their free spin offer you agreed to the terms and conditions associated with the offer. Below is the relevant term:

"The maximum cashable winnings from 100 free spins is £50."

You've accepted the free spins so the maximum you can withdraw from the winnings is £50. Even if you win more than this, or go on to play other games with your winnings and win more from that play, the maximum you can withdraw is £50.

I'm sorry we can't help in this situation.

My £50 shouldn't have been void ! They should have given me that as bonus money in my account with a wagering requirement I have never heard of a site just voiding your money ! Surely they should do that ! The way they do there wagering checks and paying seems back wards to me all other sites I've used it shows you when you've met your wagering requirements there for what you withdraw you get ! I don't think they should just void your money won !

So any new person that joins the site , if they accept the free spins and also deposit can only withdraw £50 no matter what ?? Seems ridiculous to me , so say someone played and had £250 in there balance they would void £200?? Even though you've played a range of games and just took the sign up bonus they offered ?

That's exactly right.

If you withdrew the £50 and then redeposited you would be entitled to keep whatever you won, but as long as you are playing with money directly won from the free spins the maximum win that will be honoured is £50.
