The casino that I’m talking about is “spin madness casino” It’s not on your list and definitely should be now.
Last week I joined “spin madness casino “ and used my welcome bonus and luckily won $750 after completing the wager. After a week of sending back and forth emails with support about documents etc my account got verified and updated was told the withdrawal was in process. Then this morning at 2am I was sent an email saying that I clearly breached conditions of the bonus and they took my winnings away.
Obviously I feel cheated and definitely don’t trust this casino at all Please can you help me out in this situation

I’m not contesting that. I’m contesting That this casino makes it extremely confusing for players to know which slot they’re allowed and not allowed to play by not having a game blocker for slots were You can’t play or ionly brings your real money balance to the slot and leave the bonus money behind. I’m a member of almost every casino online and I’ve never seen this before. Just feel like this casino is a little Shady untrustworthy .And I’m extremely curious if I played both slots they said and how many spins I played and if I won anything on them
