Spin Samba - they close me without giving explanations

Player's Complaint

I register and ask in the chat (to [EDIT]) if I can play and deposit, she says yes and that there is no problem for it. After depositing 2000 euros they close my account without giving me more explanations, not being able to deposit more money and not having the option to recover my losses. I ask why and they don't answer me, they just say that they can close an account whenever they want. In a sister casino (Jack Million) they did the same to me, but they paid me my winnings and the account is still closed. I have asked on several occasions to return my 2000 that I lost since I had no opportunity to recover that money because they closed my account.

Hi canaberto - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Firstly - this is an English language service. For legal reasons we cannot accept submissions in any language other than English. I have used Google Translate to translate your complaint, but from this point on you need to translate your posts before making them.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this circumstance. If you have already played with and lost these funds there is no sound ground to contest these losses simply because the operator has closed your account. Had you been allowed to play further you would be more likely to lose further funds than win money back.
