Player's Complaint

I recently made two deposits of €50 on this site with no problems. I played for over 6 hrs with no problems either. I requested a withdrawal of €8000 and received the pending withdrawal. Information email. When checking on the progress of my withdrawal request the next day my account had been blocked. I contacted live chat and was informed I would need to contact support which I have done with no reply. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Spin Up do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
