Spinia - casino won’t return my deposits

Ruling

Resolved - A responsible gaming issue has been identified and resolved and the player has confirmed that they have received their refund.

Read our Spinia Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Same as the last tame. I promise it won’t heppen again, just help me this time too.

I did register a new account at Spinia (same name and everything, just a new email). I was able to make deposits so I did it.

When I won 900 euro I wanted to cash out the money. But they told me no since I’m blocked for gambling problems there since before. So I asked them to return my deposit instead, but they didn’t give me a full refound.

They ”owe” me 650 euro in deposits, they did only send me 150 euro and won’t send me more they say.

I understand that I won’t get my winnings at 900 euro. But shouldn’t I atleast get full refoud of my deposits?

Thank you.

Hi huru - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

Thanks,
