Hi siemelientje - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

Before we go any further, did you place bets larger than €5 while playing with a bonus?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

hey, i did played some bets higher than 5 euro. i was unaware of these bonus terms ( why is there no warning when increasing the bet higher then 5). on the other hand i won most of my money by 3.60 euro spins, so i dont think its really fair they toke all of it compared to only my winnings with 6 euro spins.

Hi siemelientje,

If that's the case sadly there is nothing we can do for you.

When you accept a bonus it is your responsibility to know and adhere to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus. Where you violate them the operator are within their rights to void the bonus contract and reset both parties to starting conditions.

To answer your questions:

- The multi-software platforms that players demand makes imposing warnings/limits on the bets being placed in this fashion technologically challenging to implement. Operators are often dealing with games from dozens of different software providers each of which has their own structures in place.

- Once you have received winnings from a bet placed above the allowed limit you have contaminated the balance with winnings you should not have. Subsequently the next bet is then placed with these void winnings. Unless you have received zero return on all over-bets there's no grounds to contest the validity of the action taken here.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.
