Player's Complaint

I had € 200 real money in my casino account. I accidentally entered the wrong IBAN. Since my documents were still being processed. Was it with the money in progress. For this reason I wrote half the day with different employees from the casino but nobody could tell me what was going on until 9:00 am until late afternoon. 100 are definitely missing. I played with the remaining 100 euros in the evening and then I would have noticed 100 euros more. I have already factored in the money, which is why I paid the 100 euros. I had enough buffer to continue playing and it went really well. Please help mfg

I've reviewed your transaction/play history at Spinia.

Your balance was €200 on the 24/03 at 07:21:05 server time. You requested a withdrawal of €100. You continued to play. At 08:20:21 your withdrawal was rejected and returned to your balance due to incomplete account verification. This moved your balance from €75.55 to €175.55. From this point you played your balance down to 0. The withdrawal was appropriately returned to your account and used in play.
