Player's Complaint

I have been deceived. I won over 5,000 euros and even ordered a payment of 4,000, because this is the limit at the Spinia.com casino. In a moment I received an e-mail that my payout is not possible and they are taking my winnings. I feel betrayed. I already have an attorney who asks me to try to settle the matter amicably, if not, I have to submit a notification to the prosecutor's office, for everything I have photos of the winnings and attempts to pay the winnings

Hi Kasiaed1,

I've reviewed your account activity with Spinia and sadly we are unable to support your claim.

On Sunday the 7th of March you deposited €500 and received a €250 bonus. This was the 'Sunday Reload' bonus and required you to enter the bonus code 'AFTERPARTY' before depositing. This bonus code is found on the promotions page, in a section specifically about this bonus that links to the bonus terms and conditions. The terms in conditions clearly prohibit bets greater than €5.

From your very first bet and throughout the entire wagering requirements your bets vary between €10 and €25. There is not a single bet that complies with this rule.

That being the case the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract conditions.
