Player's Complaint

I deposited £520 and managed to win £850 and asked for a withdrawal, got a e mail confirming that had receievd the request and it stated: "and A confirmation email will be sent to you once your withdrawal is processed. Kindly note that if we require any additional documents to be able to process this your withdrawal, we will contact you by email. Until then you do not need to upload and or send us any documents."

They were suppose to contact me after 48 hours, it has been way over that, I then sent them a email stating I would send them whatever documents they require, of which they have not replied to. After reading accounts of other people's experiences with them, I cooled off for 7 days and stated that I would not be reversing that withdrawal as I know that it what they want

The withdrawal took place on Monday 10:30am. They said withdrawals would be prompt. Responses by others in regards to similar issues such as these had led me to contact you.

The fact that I actually said I would send them whatever documents they require and still have heard nothin is concerning.

I am nearly 40 years old, and have been at the same address for over 6 years and am on the electoral roll. Other casinos I have joined never even need proof of address.

I just went on their chat, the guy I spoke to said he would contact the payment team, he said it was paid minutes ago. It might take 1 to 5 days will let you know what happens.

Yes thanks they eventually sorted it out, I self excluded straight away. I will never play there or use any of their sister sites. Thank you so much for your help.
